Policies & Processes
Create, review, and enhance HR policies and processes including but not limited to handbook implementation, leave policies, return to work procedures, onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions and more.
Employee Relations
Provide mediation, conflict resolution, and policy development for employee relations issues. Conduct impartial investigations into complaints, including harassment and discrimination issues.
Compliance
Conduct HR compliance audits and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. Review and ensure compliance across HR processes and systems, including onboarding, performance reviews, and general policies.
Systems
Lead People and Talent system implementation including HRIS, ATS, PEO, Performance Review platforms, and more, ensuring systems support company growth and are used to their full potential.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance management systems and processes to support employee development.
Intranet/Employee Documentation
Build a comprehensive documentation system for accessible Company information and HR guidance.
